By accessing the Omatic Trust Portal, I acknowledge and agree, on behalf of myself and the organization I represent, that all materials made available through the portal, including related security and compliance documentation (the "Trust Materials"), are Confidential Information of Omatic. I agree to protect the Trust Materials in accordance with Section 9 (Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality) of Omatic's General Terms and Conditions, which is incorporated here by reference and applies whether or not my organization has an executed agreement with Omatic. I will use the Trust Materials solely to evaluate or manage my organization's current or prospective relationship with Omatic, will share them only with employees, auditors, and advisors who have a need to know and are bound by confidentiality obligations at least as protective as these, and will not otherwise copy, distribute, or publish them. I confirm that I am authorized to accept these terms on behalf of my organization, and I understand that Omatic may revoke access at any time and that I will return or destroy the Trust Materials upon request.

• Security Questionnaires: To ensure an efficient review process, we kindly ask that you download and review the available audit reports and documentation prior to submitting a formal security questionnaire. These resources typically address the majority of security and privacy inquiries.
• Custom Inquiries: In the event you have additional specific questions not covered by the provided reports and other in-depth information on this Trust Center, please submit only those outstanding questions for our security team to answer.

Omatic is committed to maintaining the security of our platform and protecting the privacy of our users.
